LOCATION
Community-B is located at 9945 E. Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, OH in the RAD-VAN business Park, but you may also find it in Auburn Township. The B is located 3.7 miles east of OH-306, or 3 miles west of OH-44 in Chagrin Falls depending on which direction you're heading. If you're heading east, the driveway into the The Rad-Van business park is the driveway before the Pond's driveway.

Below is the team of unmatched professionals who helped transform an empty steel-fab warehouse to the facility you see now. In late 2012 before Community-B even had a building or financing, the folks below dedicated their time to develop cost estimates for the Community-B business plan. They believed Community-B would fill a void, and provide great value to our community.
When the project kicked off in Spring 2013, they delivered high quality work on time, and were sensitive to the project's budget. Each partner took ownership as if this was their own investment. The team worked together on intersecting job elements, and coordinated schedules to make this disparate group of partners work. Community-B, LLC highly recommends any of the colleagues.
